Skull Kid | Ocarina

Attacks:

Weak String:

7 hits long. Hits 5 and 6 have nice range, but nothing special.

Combo 1:

Skull Kid will blow a trumpet, summoning a puppet. The attack doesn't do much damage, but it is great at keeping enemies in 1 place. Use against commanders so that you can combo them easier.

Combo 2:

Skull Kid punches upward. This attack doesn't have much range, but does high damage and is great at juggling enemies. Combo 2 followed by aweak attack breaks all Weak Point Gauges.

Combo 3:

Skull Kid will fire a laser very far in front of him. This attack does surprisingly high damage and goes extremely far, so it's excellent for clearing crowds. You can also turn and dodge cancel at any time during the attack.

Combo 4:

Skull Kid will throw out a barrage of dark energy spheres. You can also turn when attacking with this. This attack is mostly used to juggle enemies in the middle of a combo and against giant bosses. Despite the great range on it, it isn't that great at crowd clearing, and you should use Combo 3 for that.

Combo 5:

Skull Kid will wave and summon a tornado. After a few seconds, a moon tear will fall down. The attack does the most damage in the middle where the moon tear falls. The range is nice and is mostly used in 1v1. Be careful when using the attack, you can't dodge cancel and the attack has no invincibility.

Combo 6:

Skull Kid will have Tatl and Tael spin around to gather enemies while he charges up a ball of dark energy. After a few seconds he will throw the ball down and create a small explosion. This attack doesn't have much use as the range is small and you also have no invincibility, so you should avoid using this move.

Special Attack:

Skull Kid will shake his head repeatedly while hitting enemies in front of him multiple times. The attack will finish off with an explosion of dark energy in front of Skull Kid. This attack deals high damage and is great against stronger enemies like captains. Use this often in 1v1 since you won't need to use it against giant bosses.

Weird (Unrelated) Glitch:

Skull Kid's Finishing Blow can break Beamos. Almost useless but just something funny to know. :p

Giant bosses:

Prepare a Combo 4 as the giant boss is falling. Then just keep using Combo 4 until their WPG breaks. Works on every giant boss except for The Imprisoned and Ganon.
